First-year gospel singer Henrietta wants to be a chart-topping superstar, but struggles to shine in a class of talented vocalists. 19-year-old Ella is striving to develop her own musical style and stand out from the crowd. Trainee producer James has returned to college after being burnt by the music industry and, for hotly tipped college band Massmatiks, this year is all about getting their first record deal. With all the emotion, triumphs and disappointments, learning to rock is harder than it seems.

Kórinn is a documentary about the choir group Léttsveit Reykjavíkur which tally's up to 120 women. Being in a choir has been a tradition for many Icelanders in many years and here we get the chance so see how and why the choir group works so well together. We get to see positive emotions but also the negative ones. We get to know that friendships, that lasts forever, are created in this group and we also get to know the reason why people are driven to join a bunch of strangers to sing together.

The series follows estranged siblings Ben and Lisa. After years spent apart – Ben living abroad, Lisa remaining in their sleepy English hometown – Ben is drawn back home when "events take a sorry turn," forcing him to confront a life and family he'd hoped to leave behind.

Gabriel wants to join the kicksled choir that raises money for refugees. His untalkative father does not seem to be happy about the idea, but maybe his silence does not tell the whole story.
